In her post, she shares how “promiscuous consumers” and the phrase, “consumers will cheat on you" are poor choices and what we can do to improve.If you work in business, you probably talk and write a lot about the people who buy what you’re selling. We could all stand to be a bit more thoughtful in the words we choose to use when doing so.
How we talk and write about people influences how we think about them, which ultimately affects how others feel about them.
